Αυτό το blogspot ήταν μία ιδέα που υλοποιήθηκε, με πολύ αγάπη και αφοσίωση στην Psybient μουσική και κουλτούρα. Μαζί με αυτή την αναζήτηση για να υπάρχει κάπου ένας οργανωμένος ιστότοπος με τη Chill-out μουσική στον Ελλαδικό χώρο, προέκυψαν κάποια πολύ ωραία συμπεράσματα που μακάρι να ακουστούν στα κατάλληλα αυτιά ώστε να οργανωθούμε και να αναπτυχθούμε περαιτέρω.

Καταρχάς η ιδέα είναι να μην προβάλλεται κανένας περισσότερο από αυτό το blogspot άλλα οι μουσικές όλων να στέκουν ισοδύναμα ανεξαρτήτου φήμης του κάθε καλλιτέχνη.
Άλλο ένα "μεγάλο εγώ" άλλωστε προστίθεται ακόμα σαν ένας αριθμός ενώ ένα "μεγάλο Εμείς" προστίθεται ως μια αξία.
Περιέχει καλλιτέχνες με chillout Μουσικές (Trip hop, Chillout, Electronica, Psybient,Psychill, ambient, Dub, Psybreaks, Glitch, Downtempo, Cinematic, Ethnic, World) σε 2 λίστες με αλφαβητική σειρά με την πρώτη να είναι οι Έλληνες Dj και την 2η να είναι οι Έλληνες παραγωγοί.
Δυστυχώς το blogspot περιορίζει στο ένα Link ανά όνομα οπότε περιέχει μόνο κάποια προσωπική τους σελίδα που μπορείς να ακροαστείς την μουσική του καθενός.

Ίσως να προστεθεί μία ακόμα λίστα στο μέλλον με ονόματα ανθρώπων που ασχολούνται χωρίς να υπάρχει κάτι διαδικτυακά.

1. Είμαστε μια χώρα με παρουσία στα μεγαλύτερα φεστιβάλ στο κόσμο και στη Psybient όπως Ozora, Boom, Antaris, Samsara, Summer Νever Ends, Psy fi ,Sonic Bloom, Ometeotl και άλλα πολλά.
2. Επίσης είμαστε μια χώρα με παραγωγούς σε πολλά από τα κορυφαία Label της σκηνής όπως
   Ultimae rec,Altar rec,CosmicLeaf Rec, Mystic sound Rec κτλπ.
3. Δεν υπάρχει καμία ελληνική εταιρία με καθαρό chillout χαρακτήρα καθώς ακόμα και αυτές που κάνουν release τέτοιο ύφος μουσικής κάνουν release επίσης και psytrance ή dance μουσικές.
4. Το αστείο εδώ είναι ότι υπάρχουν Ελληνικά project που για να τα δεις, πρέπει να ταξιδέψεις τον μισό πλανήτη γιατί παίζουν σε Καναδά, Μεξικό, Ινδία, Ουγγαρία κτλπ. ενώ τα έχεις δίπλα σου.
5. Επίσης τα μόνα chill stage στον κόσμο χωρίς χαλί για δάπεδο,  μπορείτε να τα βρείτε μόνο στα Ελληνικά φεστιβάλ, και τα event με psybient-chillout μουσικής είναι ελάχιστα.
6. Υπάρχουν παραγωγοί που ενώ έχουν release σε εταιρίες δεν έχουν κάποιο link για την ακρόαση των μουσικών τους, καθώς επίσης και Dj που δεν υπάρχουν κάπου δικτυακά παρά μόνο σε αφίσες event.
7. Κάποιοι από τους καλλιτέχνες χρησιμοποιούν το κανονικό τους όνομα με αποτέλεσμα να είναι έως αδύνατη η αναζήτηση τους εύκολα. Π.χ. Κάποιος που θα σε δει να παίζεις σε ένα Event και μετά σε γκουγκλάρει επειδή του άρεσες, δεν σε βρίσκει.
8. Οι περισσότεροι Έλληνες Dj Psybient δυστυχώς έχουν πολύ λίγο υλικό για ακρόαση στο διαδίκτυο με λιγοστές εξαιρέσεις ,καθώς επίσης και το RadioQ37 που παρέχει σαν σταθμός και σαν σελίδα πολλές ώρες ακρόασης από τους παραγωγούς του.
9. Οι psytrance & Dance music , Dj και παραγωγοί  που μιξάρουν και chill-out κατά μεγάλη πλειοψηφία δεν επιλέγουν να προμοτάρουν chillout set τους ή παραγωγές στις προσωπικές τους σελίδες, με αποτέλεσμα  το μεγαλύτερο κοινό της psytrance ή dance μουσικών στην Ελλάδα να μην έχει κάπου κάποια επιρροή προς την Psybient-chillout μουσική.

Ας δούμε που υστερούμε και ας προσπαθήσουμε να εξελιχτούμε.

WELCOME TO GREEKPSYBIENT 

Our love and devotion to psybient music and culture lead to the creation of this blogspot. The making of this blogspot and the research involved, brought us to some valuable conclusions about chillout music in Greece.
We hope people that share a mutual love will be inspired to work together towards organizing and developing our scene better.
The idea is simple, promotion will not available on this blogspot for any artist, no matter how famous or unsigned they may be.
Another "big ego" will be calculated as a simple number but a "big us" will be calculated as a remarkable value.

The blogspot consists of two lists, sorted alphabetically. The one lists DJ’s and the other one Producers’ involved in the following music movements: Trip hop, Chillout, Electronica, Psybient, Psychill, Ambient, Dub, Psybreaks, Glitch, Downtempo, Cinematic, Ethnic, World.
Blogspot limitations restrict the amount of links  that can be made available to only one, the link to the artists own websites. In the future we hope to be able to provide a third list with information about artist that cannot be found on the internet.

1. Greece is a country with a strong presence in most of the world's biggest festivals for Chillout music, like Ozora, Boom, Antaris, Summer Never Ends, Psyfi, Sonic Bloom, Ometeotl and many others.
2. Greek  producers are involve with many of the biggest labels of psybient, like Ultimae Rec, Altar Rec, CosmicLeaf Rec, Mystic Sound Rec etc. 
3. Greek labels that produce psytrance and dance music also produce chillout music. A label purely for chillout music doesn’t exist.
4. We find it interesting that there are plenty of Greek projects happening outside Greece. If one wished to attend a Greek project, they have to travel outside Greece to places like Canada, India, Mexico, Hungary etc. These projects never take place Greece and the events that represent Chillout-Psybient Music are really few.
5. There are Chillout producers that release music under a label but don’t have are don’t have an active presence online with a website. This makes it hard for their music to be discovered and listened to by fans or people that are looking for new things.
6. There is another limitation to the exposure some artist get due to the fact that some of them are present on the internet with their real name, when people know and search for them with their artist name.
7. Most of the Greek Psybient Djs don't have lot of their Djsets at the their personal websites, with a few exceptions and also RadioQ37 which provides lots of hours of chillout music, and also lots of recorded sets, for their listeners from their Radio-producers.
8. A large majority of Psytrance and Dance music Djs & producers that also mix chillout music, choose not to promote their chillout sets or tracks on their personal websites , this results to fans not having access to new and fresh  Psybient and chillout music produce.

Let all the positives inspire us and the negatives be a barrier to conquer and learn from in order to help this scene evolve into the future.
